DealDey Customer Care Rant - Final Episode
This post is a sequel to two previous posts. You can find its immediate predecessor here, in which you can then find the first post of this rant series.

On a fair note, I've decided that the first thing to mention in this final post, is that my issue with DealDey has finally been resolved, in a most favorable way. My order for the Sewing Classes deal which I had bought a few weeks ago, has been cancelled. Also, an order for a full refund of the money paid for the deal has been issued on their end. I really could not have asked for more. As a matter of fact, this is exactly what I had asked them to do for me in the very first e-mail. But they delayed; they delayed without excuse, and that is how they got me cross, so cross that I spent so much time penning down so much words.
Morning of last Thursday (20th March 2014), after still not getting any response to my e-mails, I decided to try something different. I picked up my phone, and full of despair, dialed DealDey's customer care line @ 01-4406237. After about three rings, a human being actually picked the phone. This was totally amazing, because my expectation was that I would still have to listen to their, "your call is important to us, please hold" BS for a few minutes (and worse still, at my own expense).
